Whether you just want to receive up to 25% off on Beachbody products (P90X, Insanity, TurboFire, Shakeology, RevAbs, Slim in 6, P90X Results & Recovery Formula, etc) or earn extra money part-time or full-time, it's up to YOU! There is no pressure.  Beachbody also ships APO/FPO.

My Journey with Beachbody

I have personally used Beachbody products for several years now, and they work.  I am also a Certified Personal Trainer, and feel both have value.  When you need motivation, accountability, form critique to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly, you need a Personal Trainer.  In between sessions, I recommend these products to keep you moving, and give you additional options.  Boredom can be a major factor in working out consistently, and changing your workout routine from time to time is needed to create that muscle confusion and add variety.

Mini Trampolines - Worth The Money?

A few years ago, I went to a conference on Extreme Health.  Among the many vendors selling products and supplements to improve your health was a speaker, David Hall, who gave an amazing demonstration on the reasons to use a mini trampoline.  I have to admit....when they first came out, I thought they were pretty silly looking, and didn't expect them to last.  Many years later, they are still around, and I've learned why.
